These Terms govern your use of sophiasmagic.space and offerings made available by SHOW UP LLC through Ms. Sophia | The HEART & SOUL Whisperer. By using the website or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms.

Adults and Eligibility

Forms, subscriptions, Discovery Conversations, Alignment Intensives, retreats, and direct services are intended for adults 18 and older unless a specific offering expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful where you live.

Information, Not Emergency Support

The website and offerings are educational, inspirational, experiential, and spiritual in nature. They do not provide emergency, medical, mental-health, psychiatric, legal, or financial services. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Bookings and Payment

Payment is due in full when booking unless another written arrangement is agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once a session is reserved. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of the session at SHOW UP LLC’s discretion. Installment plans are not currently offered.

Discovery Conversations

A Discovery Conversation is complimentary, creates no obligation to continue, and is not an Alignment Intensive or substitute for professional care. Either party may decide that an offering is not the appropriate next step.

Retreats, Digital Resources, and Other Offerings

Specific offerings may include additional written terms addressing eligibility, travel, payment, cancellation, safety, intellectual property, or participation. If specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms govern that offering.

Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your choices, wellbeing, participation, technology, travel, and use of information. Results vary, and no particular outcome, transformation, income, healing result, or personal change is promised.

Respectful Participation

We may decline, pause, or end access when reasonably necessary for safety, boundaries, unlawful conduct, harassment, disruption, nonpayment, or misuse of an offering or another person’s rights.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, Show Up™ methods and materials, written content, recordings, downloads, symbols, logos, and other original materials belong to SHOW UP LLC or are used with permission. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, teach, sell, distribute, modify, record, or create derivative commercial works without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Third-party links and services—including Calendly, Zoom, Google, Mailchimp, social platforms, and payment providers—are governed by their own terms. SHOW UP LLC is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or conduct.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” SHOW UP LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated. SHOW UP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or offerings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SHOW UP LLC against claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific venue and county will be finalized following legal review: [VENUE / COUNTY]. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to attempt a good-faith informal resolution.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
