Ms. Sophia is not acting as your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed mental-health counselor, therapist, attorney, financial adviser, or emergency-service provider. The website, Discovery Conversations, Alignment Intensives, retreats, meditations, resources, teachings, and related offerings do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and are not substitutes for licensed professional care.

Discovery Conversations are not recorded. Virtual client sessions may be recorded with the client’s knowledge and provided for personal use. In-person clients may bring their own journal. Session recordings and materials may not be published, sold, taught, or distributed without written permission.

International Participation

Offerings may be available internationally, but professional rules and available services vary by location. You are responsible for obtaining locally appropriate care and ensuring participation is lawful and suitable in your circumstances.
