Privacy Policy

Ms. Sophia | The HEART & SOUL Whisperer is the public-facing identity of SHOW UP LLC (“SHOW UP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit sophiasmagic.space, request resources, schedule a conversation, or receive services.
Information We Collect
We may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, booking details, an optional response about what you would like support discerning, subscription choices, communications, transaction information, and information reasonably needed to deliver a requested service or resource.
Please do not submit detailed medical, crisis-related, or highly sensitive personal information through website forms or Calendly.
Scheduling and Sessions
Calendly is used for basic scheduling and booking administration. Discovery Conversation bookings collect first name, last name, email, and one optional discernment response. Calendly is not used as a repository for confidential client information. Booking information may be processed by Calendly, added to Google Calendar, and used by Zoom to provide the virtual meeting location.
Discovery Conversations are not recorded. We do not use automated transcription or AI meeting-note tools. We do not ordinarily create or maintain Discovery Conversation notes, ongoing case notes, counseling records, or coaching-style progress records.
Virtual client sessions may be recorded with the client’s knowledge and shared with the client for personal use. Recordings may be shared by email or another reasonably secure delivery method appropriate to the circumstances. After successful delivery is confirmed, we generally delete our copy within approximately 30–90 days, subject to ordinary technical, backup, legal, security, or dispute-related needs. We do not maintain a permanent archive of client session recordings.
Resources and Email
If you request a resource or subscribe, Mailchimp or another disclosed email provider may process your name, email address, consent information, delivery activity, and subscription preferences. You may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide requested resources and services; schedule and conduct conversations; communicate with you; administer transactions; maintain security; comply with law; and protect our rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service Providers and External Links
We may use service providers such as Calendly, Google Calendar, Zoom, Mailchimp, website hosting providers, email providers, and payment processors. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their practices are outside our control.
Cookies and Technical Information
Our website and hosting provider may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and security logs. We do not currently use behavioral advertising tools. If our analytics or cookie practices materially change, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, ordinary business administration, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution. Calendly retains basic booking records according to account settings and its policies. Administrative and transaction records may be retained as required by law. Information may persist temporarily in routine backups.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to verification and lawful exceptions. Contact us to make a request.
International Visitors
Our website, digital resources, virtual services, and retreat opportunities may be available internationally. Information may be processed in countries with privacy laws different from those where you live. Where applicable, we will honor legally required privacy rights and safeguards.
Age
Public teachings may be viewed by anyone, but forms, subscriptions, Discovery Conversations, Alignment Intensives, and other direct services are intended for adults 18 and older. Retreats are limited to adults unless a specific retreat expressly states otherwise.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
